priyasaH santu suurayaH
Let me be liked by those who are knowledgeable
Synopsis:
suurayaH = those who are knowledgeable
Root: sur (gatou) = knowledge
priyasaH santu = loved by
Root: pring (priiraNE) = love
Let me be liked by those who are knowledgeable.
When will I be liked? When I al pleasant. When I also seek truth and knowledge. I.e. when I also tread their path. Those who are noble will love everyone but when I tread their path, there will be a special liking. I.e. they will guide me also.
Those who are wise will hold human values at the top. Let me also do that.
Mantra: Yajur Veda 33.32
tvam varuna pashyasi
O sacchidaananda! You see (because you are omnipresent and omnipotent)
Synopsis:
varuNa = sacchidaananda
Root: vRung (varaNE) = worthy to be chosen
pashyasi = to see
tvam = you
You are omnipresent. So you see everything. We cannot hide anything from your knowledge. Because you are omnipotent, you don’t need eyes like ours to see. You are free from the need for tools.
Yatra dvou sannishadya yanmantrayEtE raja tadvEda aaruNastritiiyaH
When two people conspire in secrecy, the 3rd person already knows what it is about. That third person is sacchidaananda.
Mantra: Yajur Veda 33.35
sarvam tat indra tE vashE
O sacchidaanda! Everything is under your control
Synopsis:
sarvam = everything
tat = that
indra = sacchidaananda
Root: it (paramaishvaryE) = the wealthiest (because the whole universe belongs to you)
tE vashE = your control
Within the framework of the laws of the universe, we may have a few freedoms, but he framework itself is in His control. The whole universe is running according to the systems and rules and the control of sacchidaananda. He is the cause for the systems and procedures and laws of the universe.
If we understand the laws and lead our lives in tune with it, we can also experience things under control. They are controllable through our choices. What choice? Be in tune with the rules and regulations.
Mantra: Yajur Veda 33.39
mahaan asi suurya
aaditya mahaan asi
dEva mahaan asi
You are pure. one who is worthy of our respect.
Synopsis:
mahaan = great, one who is worthy of our respect
Root: maha (puujaayaam)
suurya = one responsible for all movement/changes, the driving force behind every movement and change = sacchidaananda, one who is omniscient (most knowledgeable)
sRu (gatou) = move, knowledge
suurayaH = suurya in plural. If it is in plural, the word suurya refers to knowledgeable people = satchits. Cannot refer to sacchidaananda when in plural.
aadiya = unbreakable (only one) = sacchidaananda
Root: dO (avakhandanE) = that which gets split
diti = that which splits
aditi = unsplittable
Aaditya = one who is unsplittable = only one
khanDa = break up, split
akhanda = unbreakable
dEva = omniscient one, giver of all
dEvo hi vidwaamsaH
You are omniscient (all knowing) and you are great
Root: dEvO (daanaat) = giver of all
dEva is sarvadaata = giver of all
He gives everything we need in abundance. Pure. Free.

Mantra: Yajur Veda 33.50
asmaan avantu dEvaaH
Let the noble and learned people protect all of us.
Synopsis:
Here dEvaaH is in plural. So refers to the learned people. Does not refer to sacchidaananda.
dEvaaH = knowledgeable people
asmaan = all of us
avantu = protect
How?
We have to lead such a life where all problems are prevented and avoided based on the teachings of the knowledgeable people. They will eradicate our problems by giving us the knowledge. We are the ones who should act on the knowledge.
Mantra: Yajur Veda 33.52
vishwam astu draviNam vaajO asme
Let us have all wealth, specifically, anna, bala, vEga
Synopsis:
asme = for us
vishwam = all
draviNam = all wealth
Root: dRu (gatou) = (the money) that keeps moving/changing hands
vishwam draviNam vaaja = all wealth
asme = let me have it
vishwam astu draviNam = let all wealth () be there for us, Let us have all wealth (anna, bala, vEga)
vaaja = anna, bala, vEga
vEga = speed, enthusiasm, let things be done at the right time in the right speed,
anna = food
bala = strength
draviNam
The money that is always in circulation is the real wealth. Money should always move from one person to another. Not stagnated. Wealth is of different forms. Not just paper money. Health is wealth. Food (grains) is wealth. Life stock is our wealth. Forest, rivers, are our wealth.

vishwa draviNam = all different forms of wealth
anna = food
vegetarian food (only veg food is fit for humans)
bala = strength, enthusiasm
Being weak is the source of many problems and sorrows. When we are strong, we won’t be afraid of any situation.

We have to work for it. Nothing will shower on it automatically.
praartha vai sankalpa. Mere prayer is useless. Prayer means determination, contemplation and putting into action. Play your role efficiently with commitment. Have to strive for it. Strive and succeed.
